Welcome to Banza (“Banza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Banza mobile application and associated services (collectively, the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (together, the “Agreement”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use Banza, you must be at least 16 years old or the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the eligibility criteria;
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful;
• You are legally capable of entering into this Agreement.

3. User Responsibilities and Commitments

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your private vault keys and device credentials.
• Not use the App for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Only attest and connect data from accounts or sources that you legally control.
• Not attempt to access, manipulate, reverse-engineer, or disrupt any part of the App, infrastructure, or services offered.

Banza is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials or keys.
